June 1, 2009 – July 15, 2017 

Jayden had many diagnoses, however none of them let it get in his way. His diagnoses were: microcephaly, epilepsy, Lennox-Gastaut syndrome, cerebral palsy, perisylvian polymicrogyria to name a few. Jayden’s laughter was like sunshine, his smile lightened up the whole room. He never let his disability get in his way! 

He was always so happy and always had a big smile on his face! He absolutely loved monkeys and his Elmos. Jayden was born 6/1/09 and gained his wings 7/15/17.
